Sturgeon fishes
Sturgeon fishes - for the commercial breeding they mostly use Siberian sturgeon;
i.e. Lena population.
A certain amount of Beluga egg fish is imported for further breeding of black caviar.
The sturgeon fish egg is imported from Russia in the last phase of development and is pre-incubated in the incubation farm of the sturgeon farm.The worms stemmed from the eggs are bred on the live and then start-up fodder.
Reaching the weight 1,5-2 gram the young fishes of the sturgeon are bred in the farm of seedling breeding. From there the seedling (50-60 gr.¤ is transported to the pools for the commercial breeding. Mostly the weight of the fish sold reaches 2-3 kg.
